This newly established entity will be tasked with ensuring data protection, safeguarding algorithm integrity, overseeing content moderation, and guaranteeing software reliability for users across the United States. Oracle, Silver Lake Capital, and MGX each hold a 15% stake in the company. Additionally, affiliates of Susquehanna International Group are among the other investors. ByteDance, on the other hand, maintains a 19.9% ownership share, solidifying its position as the largest individual stakeholder.
