On January 22, Auopto Electronics disclosed on the investor interaction platform that both the company and its subsidiary, Changguang Yuhang, have successfully accomplished certain supporting tasks for the mechanical arm project within the experimental module of the Chinese Space Station. Furthermore, in December 2025, Auopto Electronics emerged as the winning bidder for the procurement project of the star-ground laser communication ground terminal modem module, subsequently signing a procurement contract valued at 1.82 million yuan. While the contract amount may not be substantial and its impact on the company's financial performance is relatively limited, Auopto Electronics continues to engage in collaborative research with Changchun University of Science and Technology, along with other institutions, on topics pertinent to near-space laser communication networking.
