On January 19, information from the Qichacha APP revealed that Beijing China Kexue Aeronautics and Astronautics Technology Co., Ltd. has recently unveiled a patent titled "A System Featuring a Robust Landing Auxiliary Support Structure for Rocket Recovery." This patent centers on robust landing assistance technology tailored for rocket recovery.
The system is composed of a conical capture frame section and an outer support connection section, both securely anchored to the ground. The conical capture frame section encompasses a large conical capture frame and a single-foot support mechanism. Notably, the large conical capture frame boasts a vertically oriented conical structure.
Through the seamless coordination of the conical capture frame with the outer support connection section, this system leverages a funnel-shaped configuration and an inclined plane design to guide the rocket precisely to the center of the equipment. This innovation effectively broadens the permissible landing range for the rocket and significantly diminishes the challenges associated with its recovery.
