On December 11, it was reported that Jingyu Co., Ltd. announced in the evening that the company, acting as the supplier, had recently signed a tripartite contract with an overseas photovoltaic enterprise and a domestic enterprise. Based on this tripartite contract, the company has also recently signed a with the purchaser, with a contract value of US$28.5968 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 202.3341 million). According to the contract, Jingyu Co., Ltd. will provide the purchaser with automated equipment such as slicers, slicing automation, and diamond wire production lines. The company will recognize revenue after equipment acceptance. The fulfillment of this contract will have no significant impact on the company's operating results for 2025, but it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance.
