The Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China has unveiled its proposals for the 15th Five-Year Plan, emphasizing the enhancement of modern energy industrial clusters. Guided by the principles of 'stability, regulation, and transformation,' the plan aims to facilitate the structured release of coal production capacity and the phasing out of obsolete capacity. Simultaneously, it calls for the acceleration of oil and gas exploration and development, with a view to boosting reserves and production.
