During an institutional research visit, Luxshare Precision revealed that the company has acquired core capabilities across the entire industrial chain of humanoid robots. Apart from batteries and certain joint modules, it can independently precision-machine key components such as harmonic gears. In terms of production capacity, Luxshare Precision anticipates shipping 3,000 humanoid robots this year. Currently, the first-generation production line is a semi-automated manual line. The company plans to launch a 'Manufacturing 2.0' production line early next year, which will feature high flexibility, adaptability, and automation, enabling complete production from parts to finished robots.
