On November 25, news emerged that an investor had raised a query about Zhimingda's strategic business plans in the commercial aerospace sector via an interactive platform. In response, Zhimingda revealed that it had proactively ventured into the commercial aerospace business several years prior. Since then, the company has achieved notable successes, playing a pivotal role in supporting key projects. These projects encompass the integrated control systems for commercial carrier rocket engines, data link solutions for commercial satellites, high-performance computing capabilities, and routing control mechanisms for commercial satellite ground stations.
Recently, Zhimingda received a significant boost as its private placement plan was greenlit by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The funds raised through this placement are earmarked for the research, development, and industrialization of embedded computers tailored for unmanned equipment and commercial aerospace applications. This strategic move is aimed at diversifying the company's product portfolio and unlocking new avenues for business growth.
