This change saw its registered capital surge to roughly 6.4396 million yuan. The roster of new shareholders now encompasses Hangzhou Jiangyu Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., accompanied by modifications in the company's key personnel.
Established in March 2015, with Hong Yingsheng serving as its legal representative, the company is dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of ELEGOO consumer-grade 3D printers. DJI articulated that this investment is a testament to its positive outlook on the growth prospects of consumer-grade 3D printing technology and the industry as a whole.
Recently, Tao Ye, the founder of Bambu Lab, divulged on his social media that the investment agreement between DJI and the 3D printing company encompasses clauses pertaining to Bambu Lab. Tao Ye, who previously spearheaded DJI's consumer drone division, founded Bambu Lab in 2020 with the ambition of introducing industrial-grade 3D printing technology to the consumer market.
