Recently, Pavan Davuluri, who leads Microsoft's Windows division, made a post on social media stating that Windows is set to evolve into an "AI-powered agent operating system," aiming to boost productivity through artificial intelligence. This announcement immediately stirred up a wave of controversy. Users pointed out that there are numerous basic problems plaguing the Windows system that require urgent attention, and the introduction of a new AI concept at this juncture is far from being their top priority.

Faced with mounting public pressure, Davuluri chose to disable the reply function on his original post. The core of user dissatisfaction lies in Microsoft's perceived neglect of fundamental system aspects such as performance, stability, and user experience, while it pushes forward with AI features aggressively. Many users argue that Microsoft's approach is akin to putting the cart before the horse.

Even some long-time users have expressed their intention to abandon the entire Microsoft ecosystem, including key products like Office 365 and Azure, due to what they perceive as Microsoft's "reckless" AI strategy.
