On November 6, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. made public that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., inked an Annual Purchase Agreement with Hefei Guoxuan High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. on that very day. According to the agreement, over the period from 2026 to 2028, Guoxuan High-Tech is set to buy an estimated total of 870,000 tonnes of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tinci. The exact purchase quantities and prices will hinge on the purchase orders that are mutually confirmed by both sides.
