Cabell made an announcement (a formal public notice) stating that the company intends to allocate 100 million yuan from its internal funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Shanghai Cabell Robotics Co., Ltd. The new entity will be registered at No. 1726 Kunyang Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, with a registered capital also amounting to 100 million yuan. The purpose of this strategic move is to expedite the research and development (R&D) efforts as well as the business deployment of projects related to humanoid robot components. This endeavor is in line with Cabell's long-term strategic vision and business growth requirements. Importantly, this investment does not entail any related-party transactions and does not qualify as a significant asset restructuring.
