China has made a significant breakthrough in its next-generation photovoltaic technology. The team led by Tan Hairen from Nanjing University and the team led by Chang Chao from the National Defense Innovation Institute have collaborated to utilize terahertz technology for precise and non-destructive detection of carrier transport behavior within all-perovskite tandem photovoltaic cells. After improvements, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of these cells has successfully surpassed the 30% mark. The relevant research findings have been published online in the internationally authoritative academic journal 'Nature'.
