Apple is intensifying its efforts in renewable energy projects across Europe. The tech giant is in the process of constructing new solar and wind energy installations in Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, and Romania, boasting a cumulative additional capacity of 650 megawatts. In a parallel development, Apple has brought a new solar power station online in Spain. This strategic move is designed to guarantee that, by the year 2030, the entire energy demand for charging Apple devices among European customers will be offset by an equivalent volume of clean energy.
