On September 27, 2025, LY ITECH revealed that it had entered into a joint venture with Zhiyuan Robotics to establish Dongguan Lingzhi Innovation Robot Technology Co., Ltd., which will be situated in Dongguan. During its initial phase, the joint venture will carry out secondary development leveraging Zhiyuan Robotics' Ontology scheme (a comprehensive robot body solution). Its primary focus will be on the research and development, production assembly, and continuous iterative optimization of industrial embodied robot products. Looking ahead, the long-term strategy encompasses key technology domains such as advanced materials, sensors, battery technology (including charging and swapping capabilities), and thermal management systems. Furthermore, the joint venture aims to set up a data collection hub and construct an independent data asset framework.
