Along with the building, the corresponding land use rights will also be included in the sale. The land in question spans an area of 10,332.7 square meters, while the building itself boasts a floor space of 14,797.73 square meters. At present, both the prospective buyer and the transaction price remain undetermined. The company has committed to hiring a professional appraisal firm to conduct a thorough evaluation of these assets.
