The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) recently hosted the 2025 Equity Investment Institution Exchange Summit, during which it engaged in comprehensive discussions with 38 equity investment firms and 12 sponsor organizations. The primary focus of these discussions centered around the implementation of the '1+6' policy framework aimed at reforming the Science and Technology Innovation Board (commonly known as the STAR Market).

The attending institutions voiced their endorsement of the reform's impact thus far and put forward a range of insightful suggestions. The SSE has committed to carefully considering and incorporating these viewpoints. Moving forward, the SSE will intensify its efforts in promoting transparency in the review process, enhancing regulatory oversight, and refining service delivery. It will also work on strengthening communication channels, accelerating the execution of policies, nurturing a robust capital market environment, and providing unwavering support for achieving a high degree of technological self-sufficiency and driving innovation forward.
