China's domestically developed large aircraft, the C919, has garnered a substantial volume of orders from both domestic and international clients. Long Teng, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, revealed at a press conference hosted by the State Council Information Office that during the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan," China has laid out systematic strategies targeting clearer skies, safer food, more efficient transportation, and enhanced healthcare, yielding a host of pioneering achievements. Notably, the C919's journey from its "maiden flight" to its "inaugural commercial flight" and, subsequently, to "regular commercial operations" represents a pivotal milestone in the advancement of China's aviation sector. To date, the aircraft has amassed over 1,000 orders from customers across the globe.
