The essence of this collaboration lies in harnessing the complementary strengths of both entities, encompassing geographical reach, resource allocation, capital investment, technological innovation, and operational expertise. The overarching goal is to erect a pioneering power lithium battery recycling industry framework within Europe. This strategic maneuver signifies a substantial broadening of GEM's existing footprint in the power lithium battery recycling sector, which currently spans China, South Korea, and Indonesia, by now incorporating Europe into its global ambit.
