Sanbo Brain Hospital has declared its intention to join as a limited partner in the formation of the Tianjin Yuanming Haihe Brain Science Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise. This partnership aims to gather a total of 300 million yuan in capital, with Sanbo Brain Hospital committing to subscribe to 57 million yuan worth of shares using its own financial resources. The investment focus of the fund will predominantly be in the brain science sector, encompassing initiatives related to the examination and diagnosis of brain diseases, their treatment and monitoring, health management and rehabilitation services, as well as advancements in medical informatization. Upon successful completion of the fundraising efforts by the partnership, it will promptly move forward with the necessary registration and filing procedures for the private equity fund.
