On September 5, the Shandong Maritime Safety Administration issued a navigation alert, stating that the vessel named "Oriental Spaceport" is set to carry out a maritime rocket launch in the waters off Rizhao from September 8 to September 11. For the sake of ensuring absolute safety, two control zones have been precisely designated. The first is a circular zone with a 3-kilometer radius, centered at the coordinates 35°23.50'N 119°35.92'E. The second zone is an area demarcated by connecting lines between three specific points with the following coordinates: 35°23.50'N 119°35.92'E, 35°22.55'N 119°42.42'E, and 35°19.58'N 119°40.42'E. During this specified time frame, the entry of any other vessels into the aforementioned areas is strictly prohibited.
