On September 3, the Tianjin Pharmaceutical Procurement Center issued a statement announcing the bankruptcy of Changzhou Dazhang Medical Devices Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Kangyu Medical Devices Co., Ltd., both of which were selected enterprises in the inter-provincial orthopedic trauma project. As a result, these companies are unable to continue supplying the products they were selected for. The center mandates that both enterprises take immediate action and establish contact within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of their selected qualifications and their inclusion on a list of violators, barring them from participating in procurement activities for a period of 2 years. Notably, the two companies had already been declared bankrupt and scheduled for liquidation in 2023 and 2025, respectively.
