In the Android beta version 8.0.63 of WeChat, there was a brief period where users could send Live Photos, compatible with Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Honor, and other smartphone brands. However, this feature has since been removed. Currently, users are unable to select photos from their albums to send as live photos, and any live photos that were previously sent have been converted into static images. Nevertheless, some models still allow users to save and view the dynamic effect of live photos by selecting the original image during the sending process.
