Guo Fu Hydrogen Energy aims to issue 1.73 million H shares at a price of HK$54.03 per share, anticipating a net proceed of approximately HK$90.99 million. The proceeds will be allocated towards investments and collaborations in hydrogen energy initiatives both in China and abroad, encompassing ventures like hydrogen production facilities, hydrogen refueling stations, and hydrogen liquefaction plants. Following this issuance, the shareholding percentage of controlling shareholder Wu Pinfang will decline from 25.31% to 24.90%.
