The Xiaomi Home store located on Jinshui East Road in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, has successfully undergone a comprehensive upgrade, becoming the second store in China to revolutionize its service experience with a more expansive service area and a visually appealing service process. Prior to this, the first upgraded store debuted on August 3 in Changping, Beijing. This significant enhancement aligns with Xiaomi China's internal restructuring, with Wang Xiaoyan now concurrently holding the position of Xiaomi Home's general manager. Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, disclosed that by the end of March, Xiaomi China had reached a milestone of 16,000 offline retail stores and aims to expand this number to 20,000 by the close of the year. Xiaomi remains committed to continually refining its service experience and fostering the growth of its retail operations.
