Xiaomi Service has recently released a statement, voluntarily recalling certain power banks of the PB2030MI model. According to the announcement, a small batch of these power banks, manufactured using version 2.0 of a supplier's 126280 battery cells, may pose potential safety risks under extreme conditions due to issues with upstream supplier materials. Following discussions with market regulatory authorities, Xiaomi has decided to recall a total of 146,891 PB2030MI power banks produced between August and September 2024.
