The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced that in the second half of this year, it will intensify efforts to construct a unified national market and develop comprehensive action plans. These plans encompass removing market entry barriers, regulating local practices for attracting investments, advancing the revision of the Price Law, and establishing regulations for pricing conduct on internet platforms. Additionally, the NDRC will rigorously investigate and address unlawful competitive practices, such as predatory pricing and misleading advertising, to further strengthen market discipline.
