The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) has recently published a draft entitled "AI Content Disclosure Header Field," which proposes the introduction of a novel header field in HTTP responses for webpages. This header field aims to signify the involvement of artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation of webpage content. The field is designed to enable machines, including search engines, archiving systems, and browsers, to swiftly identify AI-generated content, thereby enhancing recognition efficiency. The header field encapsulates details such as the AI usage mode, model name, provider, content reviewer, and the date and time of content generation or modification. It is important to note that this draft has not yet been adopted as an official standard.
