Regarding regulatory facilitation, the Ministry will refine the bonded supervision system, facilitate personnel exchanges, promote inbound consumption, streamline service trade fund settlement, incentivize intellectual property transactions, regulate cross-border data flows, and expedite the growth of international data service businesses.
