The Department of International Cooperation at the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued an official notice granting approval for Hesai Group's overseas issuance and listing filing. Hesai Group intends to offer no more than 51,236,200 ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
