From January to July, the national installed power generation capacity surged to 3.67 billion kilowatts (kW), marking an 18.2% increase year-on-year. Notably, solar power generation capacity witnessed a remarkable growth, reaching 1.11 billion kW, a substantial 50.8% increase. Wind power installed capacity also rose, reaching 570 million kW, an increase of 22.1%. However, during the same period, the average utilization time of power generation equipment nationwide declined to 1,806 hours, a drop of 188 hours compared to the previous year.
