Additionally, it urges power station enterprises to refine bidding procedures by minimizing the emphasis on price and increasing the significance of technical evaluations. Concurrently, enterprises are called upon to uphold the fundamental principles of quality and safety, eradicating practices that compromise performance or degrade product quality. The initiative further suggests that enterprises should align production schedules with market supply and demand dynamics, strengthen the integration of production and sales, resist indiscriminate expansion, and prevent the deterioration of the market environment.
