The Beijing Consumers' Association has unveiled the "Beijing Shared Power Bank Industry Self-Discipline Convention," recommending that rental fees be charged in increments of no more than 15 minutes, with a set price ceiling. Eight prominent enterprises, including Monster, Meituan, and JieDian, which collectively cover 95% of the city's operating locations, have signed onto this "Convention." These companies have committed to ensuring service compliance through technological advancements and personnel training. Regarding fees, the "Convention" stipulates that the initial charging period should be at least 5 minutes, not exceeding 15 minutes, with no charges incurred for sessions lasting less than one time unit. Furthermore, enterprises must clearly display charging regulations on the rental interface, including free duration, charging standards, price caps, and deposit policies.
