The Beijing Consumers' Association has unveiled the "Beijing Shared Power Bank Industry Self-Regulatory Pact," a comprehensive initiative designed to standardize the burgeoning industry. The pact encompasses nine key measures: transparent charging policies, optimized pricing structures, fair contract terms, power supply guarantees, vacancy management, efficient billing mechanisms, enhanced customer service, rigorous equipment maintenance, and effective complaint handling. To date, eight leading enterprises, including Monster, Meituan, and JieDian, have affixed their signatures to this pact, committing to uphold these service standards and elevate user experiences through technological advancements and personnel training.
