Hebei Province has published the "Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Large-Scale Application of Beidou (2025-2027)" and is seeking public feedback on fair competition reviews. The objective of this plan is to develop a regional high-precision positioning network and establish the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Hub of the National Spatio-Temporal Big Data Center, aimed at delivering Beidou spatio-temporal data services. Furthermore, it outlines the establishment of a resource sharing mechanism for spatio-temporal data across Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, with the aim of enhancing infrastructure utilization efficiency and fostering a model spatio-temporal information service network. The plan also envisions the creation of a comprehensive Beidou public service platform, which will include a Beidou Internet of Vehicles (IoV) platform. This platform will standardize commercial vehicle data interfaces, facilitate one-click in-vehicle rescue services, and enable connectivity for specific vehicles. Concurrently, multi-mode emergency communication terminal equipment will be deployed in disaster-prone areas and key industries to construct a provincial emergency communication network that integrates Beidou and multiple technologies, ensuring comprehensive coverage of emergency communication capabilities for the general public.
