Ma Weichen, Deputy Director of the Regional Coordinated Development Department at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), disclosed that under the direction of the Sixth Meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Commission, the NDRC is collaboratively working with relevant departments to draft the 15th Five-Year Plan for Marine Economic Development and associated specialized plans.
