Additionally, the policy encourages enterprises to engage in centralized procurement of national drugs and medical devices, with successful bidders being eligible for rewards of up to 3 million yuan, calculated as 3% of their sales. Furthermore, Hainan Province actively supports mergers and acquisitions among enterprises, providing loan interest subsidies of up to 5 million yuan, and granting a one-time reward of 2 million yuan to pharmaceutical and medical device enterprises that secure international authoritative certifications.
