On August 12, the Qinglan Maritime Safety Administration, as reported on the official website of the China Maritime Safety Administration, issued a navigational advisory. It announced that military training activities will be conducted in a section of the South China Sea daily, from 13:45 to 15:45, between August 13 and 15. During these specified times, vessels are strictly prohibited from entering the designated training area.
