HNR announces its intention to acquire 100% of the equity in Hainan HNR Universe Marine Information Technology Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 1.051 billion, financed through a combination of share issuance and cash payment. Specifically, RMB 701 million will be disbursed via share issuance at a price of RMB 6.74 per share. Hainan HNR Universe, a specialist in marine surveillance radar products and associated systems and services, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNR upon the successful completion of this transaction.
