During the "China Disaster Recovery Day" event on July 19, 2025, Qinghai Province proudly announced its status as China's pioneering province for green computing and power coordination. Over the past year and a half, Qinghai's green computing power has witnessed a remarkable surge, leaping from 370P at the start of 2024 to an impressive 15,000P, marking an almost 40-fold increase. Currently, Qinghai boasts approximately 190,000 standard racks, either already built or under construction, with a high utilization rate exceeding 90% and a near-perfect server online rate approaching 100%. The scale of intelligent and supercomputing in Qinghai now exceeds 15,000P, collectively forming a comprehensive computing power system that encompasses "general computing, intelligent computing, and supercomputing." Looking ahead, it is anticipated that by 2025, Qinghai will achieve double growth in both rack scale and computing power levels.
