The plan encompasses the integration of cloud resources, facilitating the migration of non-sensitive systems to the cloud, and establishing a centralized performance evaluation and scheduling framework. Additionally, the strategy emphasizes enhancing data center disaster recovery capabilities, reinforcing the management of e-government networks, expanding extranet bandwidth, and actively promoting the deployment of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) alongside advancing mobile access functionalities.
