By 2024, China's government cloud market is projected to reach a total size of 93.94 billion yuan, marking a robust 18.4% year-on-year growth. Within this market, dedicated government clouds will account for 66.33 billion yuan, experiencing a 19.0% increase. Government public cloud services, on the other hand, will amount to 17.24 billion yuan, showing a 12.2% rise. The cloud operation service segment will witness the swiftest growth, surging 26.1% to reach 10.36 billion yuan. This shift towards dedicated clouds is attributed to heightened security compliance needs, prompting some government entities to migrate their public cloud operations to dedicated environments, thereby reducing the proportion of public cloud services.
