Recently, the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) Ministerial Conference on Information and Communication Technologies convened in Tokyo, Japan. Officials from APT member countries engaged in profound discussions centered around the theme "Harnessing Emerging Technologies for Sustainable, Inclusive, and Equitable Digital Transformation in the Region." At the conclusion of the conference, participants deliberated and adopted the Tokyo Declaration. Zhang Yunming, the Vice Minister of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the event and delivered a keynote address, offering three key recommendations: strengthening policy dialogues, deepening industrial collaborations, and enhancing capacity building initiatives. These suggestions aimed to facilitate the implementation of the consensus reached during the conference. Zhang Yunming emphasized China's commitment to collaborating with all parties to jointly foster the growth and prosperity of the Asia-Pacific region.
