In the initial four months of the year, China's software industry achieved a revenue of RMB 4.2582 trillion, marking a 10.8% increase from the same period last year. Total profits amounted to RMB 507.5 billion, reflecting a 14.2% year-on-year growth. Additionally, software business exports totaled USD 17.26 billion, up 3.5% compared to the previous year. Among the various segments, information technology services accounted for the lion's share of revenue, comprising 66.7% or RMB 2.8415 trillion. Cloud computing and big data services contributed RMB 465.8 billion, while integrated circuit design revenue surged by 18% to reach RMB 121 billion. E-commerce platform technology services generated a revenue of RMB 334.1 billion.
