On May 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) unveiled the "Action Plan for Computing Power Interconnection," designed to foster the integration of computing power interconnection across emerging business contexts, encompassing computing resource services, task scheduling, market transactions, and open-source community operations. Concurrently, the plan urges the adoption of computing power interconnection in enterprise-grade domains such as artificial intelligence, scientific computing, intelligent manufacturing, and telemedicine, alongside consumer-focused applications like autonomous driving, cloud rendering, cloud computers, and cloud gaming. Furthermore, the initiative emphasizes integrated innovation between computing power interconnection and pivotal sectors like the energy internet, industrial internet, and mobile internet.
