The General Office of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government has recently unveiled the "Digital Qingdao 2025 Action Plan." This plan outlines Qingdao's commitment to leveraging the "Computing Power Network" layout, fostering seamless integration with the national computing power platform, and implementing an incentive and subsidy program known as "Computing Power Vouchers" specifically for artificial intelligence endeavors. Additionally, it encourages collaborative advancements in computing power, algorithms, and data management to minimize the energy consumption associated with large-scale computational models. The plan sets ambitious targets: aiming to achieve 65,000 standard racks for data centers and capturing a 35% share of the intelligent computing power market. Furthermore, Qingdao will spearhead the pilot deployment and application of advanced 5G-A and F5G-A technologies, thereby elevating the standard of its digital infrastructure.
