The 2024 Digital Industry Operation Monitoring Report highlights that an impressive 90% of the sector's core indicators have shown annual growth. Business revenue surged by 5.5% year-on-year, reaching a total of RMB 35 trillion, while overall profits increased by 3.5% to reach RMB 2.7 trillion. Particularly noteworthy is the robust performance of the software industry, which, driven by emerging businesses like artificial intelligence and cloud platforms, saw its business revenue soar to RMB 13.7 trillion, marking a 10% increase.
