On March 17, Hubei Global Tone Information Technology made an announcement regarding its signing of agreements with 13 transacting parties, including Suzhou Yousheng Technology, to acquire 100% of the equity in Chengdu KaiMa Technology through a cash transaction. Upon the successful completion of this deal, KaiMa Technology will transition into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Global Tone Information Technology. The primary objective of this acquisition is for Hubei Global Tone Information Technology to consolidate the Japanese customer bases of both entities, thereby collectively enhancing their presence in the Japanese software development and information technology services market.
