Hongbo Stocks recently announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inbo Digital, had intended to provide intelligent computing server capacity, resources, supporting software, applications, and technical services to Baichuan Intelligence from January 30, 2024, to January 31, 2027. On December 4, 2023, the two companies had signed a three-year cloud service agreement. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, both parties have now signed a mutual termination agreement, amicably deciding to end their collaboration without dispute and mutual liability. As no revenue has accrued from the contract, it is anticipated that this termination will not have a material adverse effect on the financial and operational status of Hongbo Stocks.
