This procurement scope encompasses both architectural design and the primary and secondary electrical systems. The procurement process is set to commence in January 2025 and is anticipated to conclude by March. The comprehensive design framework will encompass standard plans for 110kv and 220kv substations, along with technical specifications tailored to key equipment and materials.
