By 2029, China is anticipated to have largely established a comprehensive system and mechanism for the construction and operation of its national data infrastructure. This will involve finalizing the top-level design, conducting pilot projects to test various technical routes, and cultivating a collaborative, efficient, standardized, and trustworthy ecosystem for data circulation and utilization. The goal is to achieve both horizontal and vertical connectivity across data infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.
